Meet The Mediator, Elizabeth Esrey

My practice is devoted exclusively to mediation. I have over 20 years of experience mediating community, corporate and family conflict. Helping people resolve differences and avoid litigation is my passion.

Certified Advanced Mediator and Trainer

As a certified advanced mediator and mediator trainer, I teach mediation, and conflict resolution skills. While working for the Chicago Bar Association, I designed and implemented mediation programs for the Chicago Public Schools and private businesses. I was part of an ambassador delegation working with organizations and officials in South Africa, on how to process grievances suffered under apartheid. I hold mediation certificates from Illinois, Missouri, California and Kansas.

I can promote collaboration and improve communication going forward. I offer guidance through every stage of the mediation process. If desired, I can help you create a detailed mediation agreement that outlines future behaviors. Mediation can be a one-time event or span several sessions; you decide. Hours and locations are flexible. Evening and weekend appointments are available. I can travel for work.
